Work With Me
Do you feel alone in your struggle with prolonged singleness? Do you wish you could talk with someone who understands the challenges and pain of wanting to find a suitable spouse? Someone who has been there; who has walked the walk themselves?
I met and married my husband at the age of 42. Having struggled with prolonged singleness for most of my adult life, I know firsthand the aloneness and the trials that one can encounter on the path to marriage. As such, I am pleased to offer a mentoring ministry to assist and accompany singles stuck and suffering from prolonged singleness.
Please know that I am not a licensed therapist or counselor, a health practitioner, a spiritual director, or a life coach. A mentor acts as a trusted teacher/trainer, someone who supports and encourages another person. Based on my experience of getting married at the age of 42 and recently celebrating 12 years of marriage, I can share and assist others similarly situated who desire love and marriage. Mentoring is actually encouraged in the Scriptures, specifically when it comes to this type of issue:
I have found that there are four main areas that need to be looked at, each with their own subcategories, when addressing prolonged singleness. I encourage those interested in the mentoring process to tackle one area at a time, although there may be some overlap during the process. Also, you do not necessarily have to go in the order outlined below, although I always recommend starting with “Finding and Maintaining Hope”:
- Finding and Maintaining Hope
- Dating and Relating with the Oppoiste Sex
- Prayer
- Issues and Wounding
My mentoring ministry is available via a free-will offering for each session provided.
- One Complementary Introduction: a 50 minute call to see if we are a good fit.
- One Hour/Session: free-will offering; any amount you have prayed about is acceptable.

I hope you will consider working with me, as it would be an honor to serve you. I am glad that I never gave up on getting married. I know now that God wanted marriage for me more than I wanted it for myself. I believe the same is true for you!
